The 5,600 m² office property at Frederiksberg was acquired on behalf of a client in 2016
The property was built in 1938 and is today situated near the Metro and numerous parking lots.
The property was acquired with a temporary lease of only eight months. However, Fokus’ analysis pointed at many and attractive uses of the property. For instance, conversion to apartments, subdivision into multi-use or re-let as a corporate headquarters building.
Soon after the takeover, Fokus established a cooperation with a real estate agent. Because of the properties many qualities, location, high-quality marketing and tireless efforts, the building was fully leased to one tenant within six months.
The well-planned cooperation and effective process management was the key to success. Fokus took the lead on the process by building a competent team of specialist from fund management, rental department and project management based on the comprehensive analysis work before the completion of the transaction.
For our investor, the investment in La Cours Vej 7 has been quite attractive, even over a short period.
