Fokus initiated the take-over of this 30,000 m² property on behalf of a client. The owner of the property moved out and rent negotiations and negotiations about reconstructions works began.
During a year, Fokus finished rent and construction contracts and coordinated at the same time the large conversion.
The result is a well-furnished property, where the tenant employs over 1,000 employees. The building is open to the public.
The tenant wished only for a minimal number of parking lots. To meet that demand, Fokus was in charge of a very attractive contract with a reputable parking company.
