The property known as Hartmanns Pakhus

has a long history and it was acquired on behalf of a client in 2005.

Initially, the property was built in 1920 as a warehouse for seeds, supplying surrounding experimental farms. Later the building became known as the L’Oréal-building, because L’Oréal had its Danish headquarter here until 2012.

When L’Oréal left the building, Fokus initiated a larger brainstorming on how to optimise the strengths of the property.

The result was to establish a multi-let property with attractive common facilities including a high-quality canteen, meeting, and conference facilities plus attractive surroundings.

Fokus handled the process in close cooperation with an external real estate agent. Fokus participated in all showcases and took care of negotiations as well as preparation of contracts.

After a relatively short period, the property was re-let to ten tenants. The vision of a multi-let property was realised with a low-risk profile and great outcome for investors.
